Easiest Way to Feel Better Fast

Current science has demonstrated and tested to verify over 10 health benefits from being outdoors.  These include things like lower blood pressure, better breathing, more positive attitude, less anxiety and stress and so on.

In fact, these latest studies (you can find links at the bottom of this article) also state that these same benefits can be yours if you spend 15-20 minutes per day looking at outdoor photography or landscape pictures.  Part of the point, though, is that you have to focus on  these pictures or videos when you are inside, and not just glance at them while you watch TV or check your text messages on your phone.

We’ve developed some clever ways to help you do this. Our ebooks and digital formats are designed to capture your interest, and keep you focused on the outdoors.  And they are all designed to get you the 15-20 minutes you need each time.

Also, many of us cannot go outside on a regular basis or for specific activities due to several factors like:

  • Disabilities
  • Allergies
  • Pollution levels
  • Insects
  • Rain
  • Wind
  • Snow

In fact, in many parts of the world at various times of year pollution levels are so bad you cannot see across the street.  In others, pollution is bad at certain times of day.  Some of us don’t really like the outdoors either and are resistant to going outside for almost anything.

This is why we created Outdoor Chronicles.  Starting with Sunlight, including Mountains, Rivers, Forests and many, many other options, we’re making ebooks, videos, Kindle, Amazon paperbacks and alternative formats available.

And, get yourself outdoors (virtually)!  It really helps.
